Overnight athletes will be housed in Manzanita Hall, an ASU dorm that is located approximately half a mile away from The Mona Plummer Aquatic Complex. The dorm rooms are configured as 2 double-bedrooms with a suite-style bathroom. Overnight athletes will have one roommate and share a bathroom with the adjoining suite.
Female athletes will be housed together, and male athletes will be housed together. Camp counselors will stay in separate suites during the overnight summer camps. All camp counselors are part of the Sun Devil® Swim Camps coaching staff and have cleared an extensive background check.
Overnight athletes will have access to the lounges and communal areas of the dorm to relax. These areas are equipped with TVs for the athletes to use. In addition, overnight athletes will have access to Manzanita Hall's Wifi Guest Network throughout the building.
Each overnight athlete will receive a linen package upon arrival, which consists of 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 pillowcase, 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 1 bath towel, and 1 wash cloth. Overnight athletes will also receive an access card to Manzanita and a key to their assigned dorm room. Please be mindful that there will be fees for damaged/lost linens and lost access cards and/or keys. Following the conclusion of camp, the ASU dorm staff will inspect each room for any damages; overnight athletes will be financially responsible for any damages to the dorm during their stay.
The overnight athletes will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Tooker House Dining Hall, an on-campus dining hall that is located between Manzanita Hall and the pool. In addition, overnight athletes may bring personal snacks and drinks to keep in their dorm rooms.
Overnight athletes will be paired with another athlete of the same sex and similar age.

*Possession of any of these items or similar items will result in the athlete's immediate expulsion from the camp without refund.
Overnight athletes will check-in on the first day of camp in the lobby of Manzanita Hall. At this time, overnight athletes will receive their access cards and dorm room keys, and then they will have time to unpack and get comfortable in their assigned rooms. Parents and/or guardians are welcome to help athletes unpack at this time.
Following room inspections on the last day of camp, overnight athletes will check-out in the lobby of Manzanita Hall and then head to the pool for a final swim session.
Overnight athletes have three options for check-in and check-out on the first and last days of camp.
1. Parent or legal guardian check-in and check-out
2. Designation of check-in and/or check-out
3. Athlete self check-in and check-out
All travel logistic details will be requested and documented on each athlete’s transportation forms, which will be distributed closer to the camp dates.
Once overnight athletes are unpacked and settled in their dorm rooms, parents, guardians, and families are not allowed back in the dorms.
Parents, guardians, and families are invited to watch the swim sessions in the stands. Please be mindful that the spectator area of the pool is uncovered. Make sure to bring your hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen!
